A Working Pallet Buyer, Not a Broker

Buy My Pallets is the direct-buying arm of Palltech Pallets, a family-run pallet business based in Widnes, Cheshire. We are not a broker. The pallets we quote on are bought onto our own books and recycled, repaired or resold through our trade network.

Because we run our own reconditioning line, we can quote on stock other buyers turn away. Coloured, broken, mixed loads and site-clearance bundles are all in scope. Minimum pickup is 30 pallets and there is no upper limit; larger site clearances are scheduled across multiple days where needed.

We buy standard UK (1200 x 1000mm), Euro EPAL (1200 x 800mm), quarter pallets, display pallets and heat-treated ISPM15 pallets. For regular generators of pallet waste, we can set up scheduled collections so surplus stock does not sit on site.

Payment is normally by BACS; cash on collection can be arranged for smaller loads. Exact timing and payment terms are agreed at the quote stage.

Our main buying territory is the North West of England and North Wales. For larger loads we can quote further afield. We are particularly active across the Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, Widnes, St Helens, Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire and Flintshire postcodes.

What makes us different from most UK pallet buyers: we publish our business address, our company number, and a direct phone to the yard. You are not routed through a call centre.

How We Buy

A four-step process designed to be straightforward for warehouse, logistics and operations teams.

01

Send us the details

Call, email or use the form with your quantity, pallet type, grade if known, and postcode. Photos help but are not required. If you are not sure what you have, we will ask the right questions.

02

Quote back

Our buyer reviews the load and comes back with a price. For larger or mixed-grade stock we may arrange a short site visit so the quote is accurate before collection.

03

Booked collection

Once the price is agreed we book a slot that suits you. Regular pickups can go onto an agreed schedule. Our own vehicles, our own drivers.

04

Paid on clearance

We count off the wagon at our yard and confirm the final figure. Payment by BACS is standard; cash on collection can be arranged for smaller loads at the quote stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

We do not publish a per-pallet rate because prices move with timber costs, grade mix, and how far the collection is from our Widnes yard. For smaller loads we can usually quote over the phone. For larger or mixed-grade loads we prefer a short site visit so we quote accurately.
Our own drivers, in our own wagons. We do not subcontract collections. If a Palltech vehicle turns up at your site, it is our staff and our insurance, which matters for access control, site inductions and accountability.
Collection timing depends on load size, route and current bookings. For urgent site clearances we can often arrange faster slots; regular recurring runs move on agreed days. We confirm a specific date at the quote stage.
30 pallets. Below that it is not economic for us to send a dedicated vehicle. If you have fewer than 30, the M56 Services drop-off option is the right route. You can also stockpile until you hit the 30 threshold and we will pay for the lot in one visit.
No. Larger site clearances are scheduled across multiple visits or multiple vehicles; the logistics are worked through at the quote stage.
Yes. Broken pallets are priced lower because they go through our repair line or get stripped for recycling, but they still have real value. The worst thing you can do is skip them. We will quote on a mixed load of A-grade, B-grade and broken stock and sort at our end.
No. CHEP, LPR, IPP and other hire-pool pallets are owned by the pool operator and must be returned to them. We will happily quote on your genuinely owned stock and help you identify which of your pallets are hire-pool versus purchased.
BACS is standard. For smaller loads we can arrange cash on collection. For regular weekly runs we invoice on agreed terms. Timing and method are confirmed at the quote stage.
Our main buying territory is the North West of England and North Wales, where we can turn pickups around fastest. We can quote further afield on larger volumes; call with your postcode and volume and we will tell you whether it works.
Yes. We are a registered waste carrier and can issue a waste transfer note for every collection where one is required, complete with our carrier number and the load description. Compliance paperwork is handled for you.
